Each Link comes with

- 1 Colored Star Charm (randomized)
*When ordering, all of your character choices will appear INDIVIDUALLY in your cart. To indicate an order of assembly, please leave a note in your order (located at checkout). Otherwise, they will be assembled in a random order.
If ordering multiple chain links, let me know so I can arrange them with their own clasps!
Example: Miku + Gumi linked together, and Lin + Ren on another link!
(Yes, you can mix and match other link charm characters from other listings!)
Virtual Singer Charm ✦ Link Charm
Colored/Specialty Acrylic
- These charms typically feature one side printing on TOP of the acrylic. While they have a protective coating over top, they are still prone to scratching if rubbed against other abrasive items.
- Recommended for areas of low contact such as Ita bags or other articles with protective windows. For best results, avoid areas of high friction and contact (like backpacks that may be left on the ground, among large clusters of charms that could rub against it, etc.)
Clear / Transparent Charms
- These charms typically have the print sandwiched between two pieces of acrylic OR feature a clear/glitter epoxy coating on top. Because of this, any scratches should be contained to the outside acrylic only.
- These can be used for areas of higher contact.
I currently do not offer EU shipping due to VAT and other regulations.
Returns
- I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Cancellations
- Please contact me within 12 hours of ordering.
Address Changes
- If you notice an error with your address or have moved and need to update it, please contact me immediately so that I may correct it before shipping your order.
- It is recommended that you use your name for shipping addresses. Usernames or social media tags may potentially result in USPS being unable to deliver your package.
- Once an order is shipped, I unfortunately cannot make any changes to the shipping address.

Custom Orders/Link Charms
- 5-12 business days depending on demand. This is an estimate and can change.
- Due to the customizable nature, orders containing Link Charms will have extended fulfillment times as these are all hand assembled.
- Link Charm listings may be closed temporarily to catch up with outstanding orders.

- All Items are shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as your order is ready to ship.
- Please double check your address before completing your order.
- I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Please contact USPS for claims.
- We'd love to replace items that may arrive damaged! Please contact me via email with proof of damage so that I may assist to the best of my ability.
