Cancellations

• I gladly accept cancellations
  Please contact me within: 12 hours of purchase.

Refunds

• I will gladly accept refunds if something is wrong with your order.

• Please contact me within: 7 days of delivery along with proof of damage or issues. 

• Replacements or refunds for lost items must provide proof of USPS lost item reports.

Packages that are returned to me due to invalid addresses, failure to pickup the package, or any other customer fault, may have their package reshipped if they pay the shipping fee. Alternatively, you may refund the cost of the items ordered minus the shipping fee.

PRE ORDER POLICY

Orders marked as Pre-Orders will have varying fulfilment times. By ordering Pre-Order items, you acknowledge that your item will not be immediately fulfilled, and will be shipped as soon as the item is available. Please refer to your item details page for detailed fulfilment times. If these is a Pre-Order item in your order with immediate available items, your entire order will not ship until the Pre-Order item is available. Please order items separately if you wish for your other items to be shipped sooner.

Unless using Snail Mail, all orders include a tracking number and is ONLY available for flat sticker orders. All orders that select Snail Mail with items other than stickers will be cancelled and refunded.

I am not responsible for packages after they are shipped. I do not accepted refunds, exchanges, or replacements for items sent to the wrong address. 

• Orders selecting snail mail will be mailed via letter, and do not include a tracking number. Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year. 

• TRACKED order that are lost or stolen must file a report claim with USPS here

• By selecting snail mail option, you acknowledge that I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Please select standard shipping if you want tracked and protected shipping. 

Items are shipped from the United States (Ohio). At this time, I currently offer shipping within the US and Canada.
