Returns

• I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Cancellations

• Please contact me within 12 hours of ordering.

Address Changes

• If you notice an error with your address or have moved and need to update it, please contact me immediately so that I may correct it before shipping your order.
• It is recommended that you use your name for shipping addresses. Usernames or social media tags may potentially result in USPS being unable to deliver your package.
• Once an order is shipped, I unfortunately cannot make any changes to the shipping address.

Custom Orders/Link Charms

• 5-12 business days depending on demand. This is an estimate and can change.
• Due to the customizable nature, orders containing Link Charms will have extended fulfillment times as these are all hand assembled.
• Link Charm listings may be closed temporarily to catch up with outstanding orders.

Shipping

• All Items are shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as your order is ready to ship.

• Please double check your address before completing your order.
• I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Please contact USPS for claims.
• We'd love to replace items that may arrive damaged! Please contact me via email with proof of damage so that I may assist to the best of my ability.
